Welcome to The Blog Boat!

This site was designed by a blogger for bloggers and readers. Being a blogger, I started to see a need for a site like this, so I built it! There are two seperate sections to the site, one is The Blog Finder which is database of all participating blogs, and the second is the actual Blog Boat site that is really only for current/aspiring bloggers.

The Blog Boat Portal is a place for bloggers to ask questions, get help, and learn. It is my hope that we build a great little community where we can share knowledge and deals. Not too mention create lots of new friends and partnerships. This site was started 2/1/10 so it is very new and I am still working out all the bugs, so if you see anything please email me!

Currently I am only allowing Mom Type blogs to register, those include deals, freebies, frugal living, cooking, scrapbooking, etc. I am doing everything I can to keep spam blogs out so I will be approving all blogs. New blogs are fine, they just need to be legitimate. Sorry guys but final say is up to me. If I happen to deny your blog and you think it is mistake email me and we can discuss it.

The site is going to be updated daily with new articles and tips for your blog so you will want to keep checking back. To participate in the forums or add your blog to The Blog Finder you WILL NEED TO BE REGISTERED.

Only blogs with active Blog Boat accounts will remain in The Blog Finder. Also once you add your blog to The Blog Finder you must grab The Blog Boat button and place it on your site. Your readers will probably thank you for having a quick link to The Blog Finder!

Make sure to check out the forums as I have added some great sections for helping to build relationships including Link Trading, Mr Linky postings, and Hot Deals. The Hot Deals section should be fun because if you find a deal post it there, then those that see you posted it can post it on their sites and give you credit!
