Google offers a great affiliate program with such companies as Target, Kohl’s, Sears, Barnes & Noble, and many more. They also offer the ability to “Build Your Own Link” for many companies which is great because you can link to any product. Another great feature is that if you have a Google Adsense account you can link these two together and get one payment from both!

Share a Sale – Another Great Program!

Filed under Affiliate Programs, Pay Per Lead
Share a Sale is a great program, they do offer some exclusive offers that other companies don’t. I am not going to lie they do not offer the easiet user interface to find offers and ads. To find companies, click on “View and Search Merchant List” and then either search invidividual names or search by type of program (Pay per lead, Pay per sale, etc). To find the search option, scroll down and click on “Basic Search”, I found that method the easiest.
You will need to join each program. Once you have joined programs click on “Get Link/Banner” under Get Links to find creatives.

Google Adsense – Easy Money!
March 11, 2010 by admin
Filed under Build Your Blog, Pay Per Lead
Google Adsense is one of the best to start with. It is easy to install and takes barely any maintenance. Bad news, you will not make much off of this until you start getting some traffic. You can expect to only make a few cents a day when you start. BUT if you stick with it, you can start earning some easy cash after a while. Not a ton of cash but considering you only have to install it once and forget about it, its easy cash!
Not too mention this is probably the easiest program to get approved for so if you are a new site its pretty much a garaunteed thing!
How to get started….
- Click HERE to sign up!
- Once set up, click on “Adsense Setup”
- Click on “Adsense for Content” to create ads
- Complete creating your ad to look like you want
- Copy the code created
- Paste the code in and HTML widget/container on your site
- The ad will take a few minutes to show up
Here’s a few tips…..
- Multiple ads can double your revenue
- Text links usually get more clicks than images (but I like the images better!)
- Make sure to add Google Adsense to your RSS Feed
- Don’t click your own links – they will suspend your account
- Consider adding a search box – it pays more!
Do you know of any other tips to increase revenue with Google Adsense?
Amazon Affiliate Program & Cool Features

Amazon offers one of the best and easiest to use affiliate programs available. They pay up to 15% and offer incremental increases depending on your volume of sales each month. The best part is they make it SUPER easy to create links.
I highly suggest downloading the site stripe. The site stripe lets you easily build a link off any product on the site as well as see reports and earnings. There is also a link to post deals you find on Twitter.
They also offer the ability to add widgets to your side bar where you can showcase any product you like. I choose the Gold Box and Lightning Deals because they are usually big sellers.

LinkShare – The Wonders of Deep Linking
March 8, 2010 by admin
Filed under Affiliate Programs, Build Your Blog

If you use LinkShare you have got to try a new feature I just found. Its called Deep Linking and it allows you to take any URL and make your own link with your affiliate information. Yes you can use this on any link, so you can find a specific product and create a link out of it.
Simply find the item, and copy the URL making sure it is a direct link to the product. If you want a text link, just enter the text you would like. If you want a image link, just right click on the image and grab the image link. Enter that and it will create it for you!
Please Remember to Add the Button To Your Site!

The only way the Boat will float is if we get the word out about it. There are literally thousands of blogs that fall in the frugal category and yet there are only 70+ listed in our little database. I really want to build a comprehensive search engine but I need your help.
If you haven’t already please add the button to your site. You can get it HERE. Anywhere on your site is fine, although a nice pretty post about the site would be greatly appreciated. The big problem is I don’t know all the blogs, so I have no way of finding them unless they find me.
Also if you know any other bloggers please spend two seconds and email them about it. I hope you are starting to see what a great resource this will be for all bloggers and I hope you will start to participate
If you have any topics you would like covered, please post a comment. Have a great blogging day

Get RoboForm for FREE – Remembers Passwords/AutoFills
February 17, 2010 by Miller2

Let me start by saying I LOVE ROBOFORM. It is a program that saves all your passwords/logins and auto fills forms. Yes everyone, it will complete all of those sign up forms for you! I have had this program for about 6 years but lost it when I switched to a new laptop. I have missed it and really wanted it back, so I got the trial version.
That being said, the free version you can download is very limiting. You can only save 10 logins, I currently have about 300, so the basic free version will not work for me. If you only need about 10 logins and autofill, click HERE to get the basic trial version. Look under “Get Roboform Pro” for “Start Free Trial”.
The trial version lasts forever but once you try to save that 11th login, it starts popping up annoying messages. As long as you stay under that you are fine, autofill will always work. I have been on the hunt for a free Pro version for months and I finally found one.
There is a program called Take One Get One, if you sign up and participate in one of their programs you get Roboform Pro for Free! I just signed up and now have the full version again. I am thrilled!!!!
Like I said you do have to complete and offer, but I did the Blockbuster sign up and got one month for $5. Before the month is over I will cancel the membership. I just got Roboform Pro for $5….YIPPEEEEE! There are about 40 programs you can choose from and some require no money only a trial but I figured I would get something we would use. If you want to get the program, click HERE and follow the steps.
Once you complete an offer they will send you an email telling you how to get the free product. In total it took me about 10 minutes to sign up, get my email, and install the product….Totally worth the time!
